While we do not currently offer a minor or a major within the Irish Studies Program undergraduate students can enroll in Irish literature courses through the Department of English. Students with an interest in focusing their literary studies on a topic related to Irish Studies are encouraged to reach out to Prof. Geraldine Higgins to discuss the possibility of minoring/majoring in English literature with a specific focus on a topic related to Irish literature, culture, or history.

Our undergraduate course offerings vary by semester. For this reason, undergraduate students who wish to minor/major in English with a focus on Irish literature are strongly encouraged to contact Prof. Higgins as early as possible in their degree progress.
